From design request to collaboration to revision and final delivery
Add a request on the Trello board or send direct message via slack. Send audio, write a short brief, shoot a loom or send a visual inspiration for what you want it to look and feel like
Once task has been assigned, I'll ask questions for clarity and share the estimated time it'd take for completion. For complex requests I'll sometimes share few low-fidelity sketches for approval before jumping straight into design.
After a design is complete, I'll share it with you for feedback. If you like it we can move on to the next request. If there's something you don't like, we can iterate it until you do.
Unlimited design requests mean you can ask for any type of design mentioned in scope for unlimited amount, without any fixed limit. You can assign the creation of 10 new illustrations or 20 social media ad graphics, they'll all get done one by one.
Usual turnaround time is 1-2 business days however complex requests take more time. For example: Simple requests like create a social media ad only takes less than 90 minutes whereas creating a full high-fidelity landing page with illustrations, icons and graphics will take at least 5 business days. In either case, you'll be informed about the estimated time of completion when you assign a design request in the trello board.
Yes of course! Receiving feedback is always nerve racking but in my years of designing and working with stakeholders I've come to understand the value of collaboration and communicating clearly to understand what they are asking for and how I can deliver on it because that's the place where quality work comes from.
The short answer is UNLIMITED. But a more appropriate answer is this: Multiple revisions happen when there is a lack of process and it wastes time for both client and designer. To minimize revisions I follow a different design process: When a design request is added I first share my low-fidelity ideas and sketches with you for approval. Once they are approved only then I move on to creating higher fidelity designs. This helps break down revisions into iterations.

Although I don't do custom quotes anymore, I can make an exception in only two cases:
1) A friend referred you to me
2) You're building a remarkable product that would really help make a difference in the world
In either case please start conversation with me on LinkedIn with your request.
